We are looking for a nanny/housekeeper to join a very loving family in Washington, DC, consisting of two young and energetic children aged 3 and 5 years old, along with their devoted parents. They are looking for someone who will become part of the family. The mother has some health issues and has to undergo few surgeries

Responsibilities:

1. Morning Routine (7:30 AM - 9:30 AM):

   • Assist with waking up the children.
   • Prepare and serve breakfast for the kids.
   • Help the children get ready for school.
   • Drive both children to school.

2. Break Time (9:30 AM - 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM):

   • Enjoy a break during this time frame.

3. Afternoon and Evening Responsibilities (2:30 PM - 8:00 PM):

   • Perform housekeeping tasks including laundry, vacuuming common areas, grocery shopping, running errands, etc.
   • Pick up the children from school around 5 or 6 PM.
   • Assist with preparing dinner for the family.
   • Support with bedtime routine.
   • Put the children to bed around 8:00 PM.

4. Flexibility:

   • Demonstrate flexibility with the schedule, accommodating changes with ample notice.
   • Be available to care for the children during school holidays or other occasions outside of regular hours.

Living Arrangements: The selected candidate will be provided with a separate living space within the house, which includes a 1st-floor apartment with its own entrance, a small kitchen, bedroom, living room, and a full bathroom.
Qualifications:

• Work Days: Tuesday- Saturday or Wednesday- Sunday, 
• Languages: English
• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Driving: Required, car provided
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $35/hr. 40-50hrs / week
