Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a upscale environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences

- Take accurate food and beverage orders

- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests

- Monitor tables for additional needs and assist with bussing as necessary

- Process payments and provide accurate change

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Requirements:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
