Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced craft cocktail bartender to join our team. You will provide exceptional service to our guests in an upscale dining environment.

Responsibilities:

-Greet guests
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special request
- Monitor table turnover and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and wine pairing is desirable but not required
- Ability to work well as part of a team
