We at Hotsy Equipment continue to grow and are seeking a dynamic and skilled Branch Manager to lead our team and ensure top-notch service at our Bedford, Ohio location. We are a leading provider of industrial cleaning products and specialize in providing equipment, preventative maintenance, and cleaning detergents.

Additional Responsibilities would include:

· The Manager will be directly involved and overseeing project quoting, installation, and equipment repair. Previous knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, and rental construction would be beneficial.

· This is a leadership position that will manage the team, taking incoming technical sales, service, and rental calls.

Job Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history.

· 5 years of successful business management experience at a branch or other individual profit center, with profit and loss responsibility

· Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office

· Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls

· Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing.

· Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful

· High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
