```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a hotel.
-Must speak Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in industrial cleaning and custodial services.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of housekeeping staff.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and other departments.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
