**WHAT YOU'LL DO:** The Area Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for planning and executing advertising and promotion campaigns, public relations requirements.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**

* Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

* Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

* Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

* Promote Hotel Spero and The Marker Hotel with journalists to gain recognition and create awareness.

* Engage and Manage Social Campaigns including PPC

Qualifications **ABOUT YOU**

* Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

* Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

* BS/MS degree

* Basic knowledge of website analytics tools / programs including Photoshop

* Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

* Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
