Hotel RL by Red Lion is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near North Olmsted, OH

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information - Operate phone systems, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or guest room - Provide multilingual assistance to guests as needed - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management preferred - Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures - Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer software, such as reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.38 - $15.21 per hour

Expected hours: 14.00 – 19.00 per week
