Hotel Piccadilly is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Fresno, CA

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Previous hotel experience preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Provide information about available rooms and rates.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and room charges accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
