Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces - Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing - Change linens and make beds in guest rooms - Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas - Empty trash and dispose of waste materials properly - Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management - Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing duties Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices - Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
