Part Time or Full Time Shifts-As a Front Office Guest Service Agent with Hotel La Rose, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our guests. You will work with our team to ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience at Hotel La Rose.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet customers in a friendly, helpful manner. Area Knowledge a plus.
• Handle all aspects of guest check-ins and check-outs, including requests, questions, and complaints
• Provide accurate information about property services, rates, availability, and policies
• Answer questions or provide additional assistance to guests using the information provided in the Welcome Guide or in the email communication from the night shift
• Follow all proper procedures for accepting payments and managing cash and credit cards to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and neat reception area by performing cleaning duties properly according to company standards and procedures; keeping a clean workplace environment by keeping desks, chairs, tables, etc. clean; restocking office supplies as needed; keeping property room tidy; restocking coffee as needed; reporting any damaged or missing items to management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
• Strong phone skills and active listening required
• Customer focus with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while staying organized
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and honesty
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.45 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Overtime
