Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, residential buildings, or industrial facilities. Duties: Include but are not limited to cleaning rooms. Inspecting rooms after they have been cleaned. Opening and running shift as needed. Making sure linen is stocked, folded neatly and available for housekeepers. Takes inventory of all supplies to be sure we are fully stocked with everything that is needed to have productive days. A leader by Nature and a positive attitude to match.

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas

- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly

- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

- Follow established protocols and procedures for housekeeping tasks

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic environment

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care procedures is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects

- Understanding of proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals

- Familiarity with housekeeping management software is an advantage

- Hospitality industry experience is desirable
