What Youll Do :
Here are just a few of the tasks youll be completing on a daily basis :
- Make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Set up a portable bar in the function area
- Break down and clean bar thoroughly and return all supplies to their proper area.
Where Youve Been :
Were looking for someone with a High School diploma or equivalent, previous bartending experience, and a current Food Handlers Permit.
Most importantly, youre someone who is capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations.

This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying / lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending / twisting, climbing stairs and working on slippery floors.
You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
