We are looking for Front Desk Agents to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform all check-in and check-outs.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests necessary information.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Provide information about our hotel, rates and amenities.
- Respond to clients' complains in a timely and professional manner.
- Inform guests about additional facilities and services.
- Maintain updated records of booking and payments.
Requirements Include:
- Work experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist or similar role.
- Experience in hotel reservations software such as OPERA or Visual Matrix.
- Customer service attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.'
