Hotel 620 is conveniently located off of I-81 & I-70 corridor. With a welcoming atmosphere that invites our guests to visit, enjoy and stay awhile. Cleanliness of our hotel is a very important element of our Hotel; as such we are looking for Evening Housekeepers to join our team. The Ramada Plaza is a great place to work that's big on TEAMWORK!

Overview:

Cleanliness of the hotel is Housekeeping's ultimate responsibility. All areas of the hotel need to be kept clean at all times; especially the areas that guests use and gather in. These areas just to name a few are: fitness room, pool area, business center, guest laundry, public restrooms, lobby, restaurant, and banquet rooms all need to be cleaned each day.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, cleaning agents, and provided tools.

Ability to adhere to cleaning procedures and instruction for use of cleaning agents.

• Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves; thoroughly clean and polish all metal surfaces.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Keep uniform clean and make sure to appear professional always
• Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public, etc., etc.,
