SUMMARY Responsible for accurate and timely posting of assessment and member payments including oversight of ACH payments for assessments, fitness & tennis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for processing payments to member accounts which include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Posts payments to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Distributes all incoming mail. Sorts & separates utility and assessment payments.
3. Coordinates with Member Services team to correspond with property owners with unidentifiable payments received.
4. Provides customer service to Property Owners in person, by phone or via email to assist with answering questions pertaining to member account payments.
5. Oversees and processes Assessment statements.
6. Oversees and processes ACH payments for assessments, fitness memberships & tennis memberships.
7. Serves as backup for the Member accounts coordinator and Utility Services Clerk.
8. In general telephone call group.
9. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
10. Regular attendance is required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or general education degree (GED); at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have computer entry experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to listen and effectively address customer complaints or issues over the phone or in person, while maintaining a positive demeanor and communicating in a clear manner in order to facilitate a favorable resolution for the customer.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
