Team members experience a friendly, supportive atmosphere, leadership support, autonomy, flexibility and the privilege of doing meaningful, rewarding work. # Position Profile Generates referrals and admissions from physicians, community agencies and other contacts, gaining exposure and informing contacts of HOV programs and services. # Responsibilities ########## Develops and maintains positive relationships with referral sources. ########## Promotes and differentiates HOV services and programs. ########## Monitors and analyzes referral activity/trends and facilitates continuous improvement. ########## Participates in strategic management of market plan.
