The following is a list of services that MADC Direct Care Staff may routinely perform; however, it is not exclusive of other reasonable requests:
Assists participants with the following:
- Personal care, including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Use of special aids
- Activities of daily living
- Monitors and supervises participants
- Assists participants at meal time, including feeding participants as needed
- Assists and encourage activity involvement
- Provides individualized activities as needed
- Other job duties as assigned
- Minimum of 10th grade education; High school graduate or High School graduate or GED, preferred
- Minimum one (1) year full-time or part-time paid or volunteer experience working with adults in a health care or social service setting, required
- Must be able to read and write
