POSITION SUMMARYThe Welder will be responsible for performing skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITESRead and interpret blueprints and work orders.Verify orders for correct quantity and hose lengthPerform inspection for correct hose and appropriate fittingsDetermine correct alloy to be applied to all weldsPerform skilled welding -following standardized procedure for AMP and RPMLearn job related material primarily through oral instruction and observationVisually inspect completed welds to determine compliance with standards.
