HORSEPOWER FINANCIAL, LLC is Hiring an Operations Administrator Near Bradenton, FL

Ever wonder what it would be to be there when the company started? We’re 10 years old but starting new. Does Loud Noise, Going Against the Grain, Watching Motorcycles and being a little bit of a Rebel appeal to you? We are looking for Operations Specialists. Our clients and their customers need help. Those clients are power sports dealers, specifically, those that sell Harley Davidson and Indian Motorcycles. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. Process Titles, solve administrative and sales issues. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. The job is quick to turn. You need to be able to grasp complex issues and simplify them. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue while attracting new clients and increasing revenue of both Horsepower Financial and our dealers. You will need to guide the consumer and clients on the Lease and ensure the paperwork is correct. You will be responsible to ensure that all Titling and Lease paperwork is received on time and on order.

You may also be helping the collections Manager contact past due accounts and contact our collectors to follow up

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key employees among clients
  • Ensure that Leases are processed correctly, payments set up correctly and correct as necessary.
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and solve them or escalate with proposed solutions.
  • Help client team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Ensure various state registration paperwork is correct and maintained
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, operations, finance, senior management) to address customers’ needs
  • Ensure that all Titling is correct.
  • Learn various state registration and titling requirements.
  • Learn to interact with past due consumer as needed.
  • Grow your skills as the company expands

Skills Needed

  • Proven experience in compliance, administrator or collections.
  • Be flexible and have an even temperament in the face of a difficult situation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite programs. Excel, word, Power point, etc.
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Must have superior phone skills
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Be able to take direction gladly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Love Harley Davidson's brand and culture
  • Have the ability to travel to work
  • Be punctual
  • Perform Duties as assigned outside of specific job function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19- $22/hr
