TRACK & TRACE ANALYST LEAD - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN OR WILLMAR, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure new providers are setup correctly to provide real time visibility to our freight needs.
• Identify non-compliant vendors and work cross functionally with the MacroPoint Customer Success manager to ensure vendors become compliant and track successfully.
• Fully understand how MacroPoint is integrated with BY to ensure tracking requests are accurate and executed.
• Tracking of all International Shipments.
• Responsible for providing vendor scorecard metrics on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure corrective actions are put in place to improve service metrics for vendors who are operating below our expected standards. 
• Manage underperforming vendors and provide contract status.
• Manage on-time delivery reporting internally to Hormel Foods.
• Ensuring that all late trucks are properly coded and communicated.
• Provide monthly scorecards for top tier customers.
• Review and validate all OTIF deductions in relations to late trucks.
• Responsible for providing reports and corrective actions for OTIF fines.
• Review and prepare all claims for approval.
• Track claim recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and focus on the customer value proposition.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills: ability to communicate with clarity and diplomacy with time sensitive/challenging issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
