RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is focused on support, maintenance and innovation within our Pricing applications and integrations. You will work as a full stack developer in the technologies of ColdFusion, Oracle PL/SQL and Informatica.

  • Requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting systems, processes, and interfaces related to developed applications. 
  • Willingness to learn and understand various business functions such as Pricing, Master Data Management, and others to successfully translate business asks and needs into IT Solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and support a variety of existing on-premises, in-house developed applications.
  • Support of systems, processes and interfaces related to different business functions and areas.
  • Test and verify completed projects and tasks to ensure specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with other development analysts, Business Solution Architects, DBAs, and business Subject Matter Experts through iterations of development to gain acceptance and approval of testing before migrating to Production environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing processes, programs, and systems.
  • Work with business SMEs to resolve, test and migrate fixes pertaining to issue resolution to the Production environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to perform basic project management functions such as developing a project plan, communication of work performed and speaking at project update meetings.
  • Off hours and on call support is required.

Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing tasks and working cross functionally with peers to achieve project goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong pattern of initiative
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to learn business processes and technologies
  • 2 years of SQL experience
  • 2 years of PL/SQL experience
  • 2 years of working with web-application development platform and/or scripting language(s)
  • 2 years of working with HTML tags, high-level formatting functions and conditional operators
  • Experience with an ETL tool
  • Experience with developed on-premises applications
  • Knowledge of Incremental version controls
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States
  • Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa

Preferred

  • Experience with Cold Fusion programming language
  • Experience with Informatica
  • Previous work within the Food processing industry
  • Experience with scheduling of processes related to Application Development/Support

LOCATION: Austin, MN (Global Headquarters) 

A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10% of the time.
