Hörmann is looking for an experienced and professional individual to work with our wonderful customers at our Aurora Sales Center as aCustomer Service Representative.

This is afull time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm office position with weekends off, and overtime available as necessary.

Essential duties of this position:

· Assist customers with requests, orders, product specifications, pricing and product availability, over the phone and in person

· Process customer orders and quote requests accurately and in a timely manner

· Trouble shoot issues and offer alternative solution

· Handle cash transitions and complete deposits

· Help customers navigate our website and place orders online

· Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

· Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions

Education, job skills and experience needed to be successful in this position:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· One year of customer service experience in a professional office environment

· Experience in a manufacturing or garage door industry preferred

· Basic math and cash transaction skills

· Strong skill with Microsoft Office software

· Accurate data entry skills
