Requirements:

• Around 8 years of working experience in content management, managing digital experiences across web and mobile channels
• Ability to define and execute a content design vision & strategy focused on customer experience.
• Copywriting and editing skills.
• Understanding of content management tools and platforms
• Financial services/banking highly desired

We're looking for an experienced content designer to be part of our Digital Product & Design team and will be responsible for defining and executing our overall content strategy to drive an intuitive and easy to use customer experience across our digital channels. The Senior Content Design Manager will partner with a cross-functional team and will effectively prioritize work to align the content strategy with the overall product vision and roadmap for the customer digital channels. This role will need to be able to operate within the SAFE agile framework and manage a backlog of work to support the product and customer experience for both internal and external users.
