Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of staff and students to ensure a safe and secure operation of activities in the recreation/avocation area and supervises code of conduct in the development, implementation and maintenance of the behavior management system.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must comply with policy and requirements handbook, DOL guidelines, contract specifications, Horizons Youth Services policies, and Center operation practices and procedures. Must be able to work and shift and day of the week.
Experience: Minimum two years working with youth, or related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver’s License, Commercial Driver’s License (must obtain a Class B CDL Driver’s License within 60 days of employment).
