Horizons Community Care of Holiday Health Care is recruiting a private duty nurse to provide care for pediatric and adult patients.
We’re recruiting nurses with a passion for caregiving who wants to make an impact on the lives of our patients with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities. Our nurses have an opportunity to work autonomously while in a high skilled environment and may help patients with ventilators, tracheostomy, speaking valves, MACE, etc. They will have the responsibility of observing, assessing, counseling, caring, and teaching the ill, injured, or confined. Patients of Horizons Community Care are often with us indefinitely, allowing the nurse to build a relationship with their patient and influencing their quality of life and path to wellness.
