• Accounts Payable including keeping a pay schedule for each client / trust Bank Reconciliations Filling out forms with Schwab for journals, wires, address changes, etc. There will be training and supervision, however the candidate will need to be comfortable learning new forms.
• Small payroll for two clients with 5 or fewer employees, as well as payroll taxes and W2s
• Answering phone / taking messages Ad Hoc reporting using Quick Books and Excel Scanning and maintaining tax info for individuals and trusts, and distributing those items to various CPAs.
• The candidate will need to be comfortable taking direction from the Senior Accountant.
• Knowledge of Financials are appreciated, however not required.
• Cash Management Excel – ability to build and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and formulas.
• Knowledge Base Quick Books Excel Word
