We are happy to partner with an established Hospitality Management Company in the search for an experienced Hotel General Manager for a full-service property in Rock Hill, SC . The General Manager will oversee the execution of sales and marketing, food and beverage operations, and all daily operations of the hotel. Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 $500 Monthly Bonus Potential, 100% paid employee medical insurance and 50% of dependents, 401(k) w/4% match, PTO, relocation assistance, and more!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire hotel operations and interact with guests daily
- Hire, Train, and Develop a successful hotel staff
- Oversee and manage the Food & Beverage Management Team
- Oversee and manage the Hotel Operations Team
- Oversee and manage the Sales and Marketing Team
- Adhere to Brand Requirements and Expectations
General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as the GM at a full-service branded hotel
- Must establish residency in York County, SC, due to liquor laws
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Experience with Hiring, Training, and Developing a successful and efficient team
- Strong Organizational, Problem-Solving, Negotiating, and Time Management Skills
