Social Workers - FT – Behavioral Health

Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Social Worker to work on the inpatient behavioral health program at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center in Mobile, AL.

The Social Worker is responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment, psychodiagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning as well as function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program.

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful full-time candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW OR LMSW) with a minimum of two years’ experience working with mental health programs, excellent clinical skills and current LCSW license. EOE
