Prep Cook/ Dishwasher Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely fashion.

• Follow recipes specifications during preparation.

• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.

• Clean and maintain station while practicing all Hops n Drops safety requirements.

• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.

• Assist in maintaining a clean dishwashing area.

• Adhere to all safety food production codes.
