Hopkins Pet Hospital is looking for a part time (20-30hrs)Front Desk Customer Service Representative. Job duties include, but not limited to, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, checking in and out clients and their pets with a friendly manner and accurate documentation. This is not a sit down desk job! Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and is comfortable with multi-tasking and working with animals. You must have excellent attendance and are willing to work well with a small team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
