Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a School Based Services Supervisor to join our Logan Behavioral Health team.

As a School Based Services Therapist-Supervisor, you will manage, supervise, and oversee all Hocking County School Based Programming including but not limited to STARS (special programming) in the Logan-Hocking School District, Logan High School, Logan Middle School, Union Furnace and future ES, Green ES, Hocking Hills ES, Chieftain ES, Central ES as well as any future programming that may be needed in Hocking County. This position will be responsible to the Clinic Director and will keep him/her updated on what is occurring within their respective team

What do we look for in our Therapist-Supervisors??

• Eligible to work in the United Stated
• Master’s degree in mental health related field
• Licensed mental health professional by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board (LPC, LSW, MFT)
• Two years of experience working with children, families, and other child serving systems
• Ability to work responsibly and independently
• Able to relate to a variety of people, comfortable working in groups with parents.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients
• Valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation

Preference will be given to applicants with: Master’s Degree in a mental health field, Independent mental health license (LPCC, LISW, IMFT), and experience working in a school setting
