Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a School Based Case Manager (CPST Provider) to join our Belpre, OH Behavioral Health team.
As a Case Manager (CPST Provider), you will be responsible for providing mental health services to children in the Belpre BH service area. Services include: coordination of services with school personnel, parents and other agencies as indicated to improve student’s interpersonal and behavior management skills and academic performance.
This position will be working at Warren Local Schools
