Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a PART TIME Residential Specialist to join our Behavioral Health team located in The Plains, OH.
As a Residential Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring resident's ability to self-medicate and assists clients in learning their medication regime; Assists residents in increasing social support networks both within and outside of the facility. Actively involves residents in treatment planning in cooperation with pre-screener, CIT staff and other Hopewell Health Center staff.
***Part Time 25-29 hours/week, requiring you to work evenings, weekends, and the ability to fill in on other shifts as needed.***
