  • Pay: $15.50 to $18.00/hour, depending on experience

  • What You’ll Do as an RBT
  • Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness, just to name a few!
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support.
  • Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by be BCBAs for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Learn and grow within the role through a wealth of continued training and education opportunities.
  • Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you’ve ever thought possible!
