Overview:
Hope Valley Country Club is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Beverage Cart Server to join our team. As a Beverage Cart Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering drink orders in a timely and efficient manner on the golf course. Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the golf course.
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Process payments using cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Beverage Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bussing, kitchen, and food preparation procedures is an asset
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Familiarity with operating a cash register is desirable
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues effectively

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

• Durham, NC 27707: Relocate before starting work (Required)
