**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and productive Medical Billing Tech who will be responsible for managing the billing processes, ensuring accurate claim submission, and following up on reimbursements for office visits. This role requires diligent communication with practice staff, patients, and insurance companies to ensure smooth financial operations and maximize efficiency.

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience in medical billing required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance companies.

-Ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities for revenue maximization.

-Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

**Responsibilities**

- Utilize medical office systems to process billing and claims.
- Handle medical collections and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate medical records for billing purposes and client invoices.

-Conduct pre-submission reviews of authorizations and medical invoices to ensure correct codes, documentation, and necessary information are provided to carriers.

-Actively monitor documentation for errors and edit rejected claims for resubmission.

-Validate account credibility to ensure proper payment processing.

-Serve as a key point person between practice staff, patients, and insurance companies.

-Resolve client billing concerns and questions in a timely manner.

-Assist front desk with administrative tasks when necessary.
