**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.
**Duties:**
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed
**Experience:**
- Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with animal handling, restraint, and care
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
-Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
