As part of the Hope Clinic Development and Outreach team, the Communications Manager will create brand-standard, mission-focused marketing, communications, and promotional materials designed to reach a wide audience of donors, partners, and volunteers. This high-visibility role requires strong interpersonal, public speaking, and writing skills, plus flexibility to manage multiple projects from beginning to end. The ideal fit for this position will fully embrace the mission, vision, and values of Hope Clinic with a “sky’s the limit” approach to sharing and promoting the Hope Clinic ministry. Essential functions include:

• Overseeing strategy for all communications, website, social media and public relations messaging
• Designing communication campaigns and marketing assets that raise awareness, promote programs and services, and create opportunities to donate and volunteer
• Serving as communications liaison for internal and external events
• Managing relationships with local media
• Maintaining an internal and external communications calendar
• Establishing communications processes and project timelines to ensure stakeholders are regularly informed about Hope events
• Executing digital fundraising and engagement campaigns via email, website, and social media
• Regularly act as an Ambassador for Hope to widely promote the organization
