Hope House is offering a Sign-On Bonus to qualified candidates hired as new employees to fill various part-time and full-time positions.

To be eligible for the Sign-On Bonus, the employee must not be considered a temporary employee. In addition, employees are eligible for the bonus one time only. Candidates will receive 50% of the bonus upon their second paycheck, and the remainder upon successfully completing their probationary period of employment with Hope House. The total amount of the Sign-On Bonus is as follows:

$750 (work an average of at least 40 hours per week)

$375 (work an average of between 20-39 hours per week)

$188 (work less than 20 hours per week)

Please note that all Sign-On Bonuses will be subject to lawful withholdings and deductions. Hope House reserves the right to discontinue the Sign-On Bonus at any time at its discretion.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for initial psychiatric evaluation;
• Prescribes and monitors appropriate medications for patients within the facility.
• Issues medication prescriptions in accordance with treatment guidelines.
• Orders laboratory tests, interprets and explains the test results to patients.
• Documentation of patient visits and progress that are accurate and timely;
• Consistent communication with clinical staff to ensure continuum of care and appropriateness for level of care;
• Responsible for the education of clients in the area of psychopharmacology, medication assisted therapies;
• Provides patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits and reasonable outcome expectations as well as issues related to their diagnoses;

Compensation: $75/hour to $90/hour
