Hope Community Resources, Inc. is Hiring a Health Supports Manager Near Anchorage, AK
The Health Supports Manager provides services to Hope support recipients through their work in the oversight of community health supports. The Health Supports Manager provides consultation and education to individuals, families, and staff including nursing staff. This position uses professional knowledge and discretionary judgment to provide health care evaluations, planning and management, and ongoing monitoring of Hope support recipients. This position oversees the development, management, facilitation, and delivery of healthcare related education for the Agency. The Health Supports Manager maintains loyalty to the organization, its beliefs, values, mission, vision, and expectations and to the recipients of services.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or directly related field; and.
- Five years of RN experience, one year of which must include supervisory or management experience; or.
- Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience. Experience working with individuals who experience intellectual disabilities and in community health preferred. Experience developing training curriculum and educating staff preferred.
