Hope Baking Company is Hiring a Building Maintenance Technician Near Hope, AR

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for supervising and maintaining the overall functionality of our facilities. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform building and grounds maintenance activities within the building and on facility grounds

- Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues

- Conduct repairs in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members and management

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs

- Plumbing repairs such as toilets, sinks, and caulking

- Maintain lights (interior & exterior), light fixtures to include troubleshooting and repair of all lighting fixtures and systems, including LED, fluorescent lighting ballasts, drivers, contactors, breakers and circuit wiring

- Replacement of HVAC filters

- Maintain exterior grounds, walkways, flower beds

- Lock repairs, replacing handles, door locks, magnetic locks, doors, etc

- General maintenance work including, but not limited to cleaning drains, install blinds, concrete, asphalt patch, etc

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff

- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $15.87 - $17.00 per hour
