Hoosier Precision Machining is a fast-paced manufacturing machine shop specializing in plastic and metal components for the Aerospace and Medical industries. We are seeking a qualified Metal Deburr Associate to join our 1st shift operation. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of accuracy with deburring of metals and multitask when required in other departments. This is a highly cross functional role that will work with at a minimum, clean, deburr, assembly and part marking.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Deburr as required
• Coordinate with QC to ensure deburr does not impact fit/form/function and tolerance.
• Bead blast as required
• Tumble as required
• Buffing as required
• Benching as required
• Grinding as required
• Backup for pin install
• Backup cleaning as required
• Backup Assembly as required
• Backup part marking as required
• Accurately log job time into Vantage system

Work Hours

• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
