- Oversee and lead Cut and Sew department.
- Prepare and review production schedules for proper sequencing of products for maximum workflow.
- Process production orders while maintaining work released and scheduled.
- Coordinate raw materials to ensure continued and steady pace of product flow.
- Monitor ERP system production lists to prioritize workload.
- Effectively utilize cut and sew staff based on production targets.
- Track and effectively communicate job progress to other departments.
- Identify issues impacting production and provide input for improvements.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience using ERP based MRP system (D365 highly desirable), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Previous experience in inventory or production control preferably in a Cut & Sew environment.
- Fluent in Spanish
