An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Talent Sourcer & Researcher.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect top talent to fill manager, director, VP, through C-suite roles. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on delivering high-touch experiences to internal and external contacts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Drive diversity focused research and coordinate efforts to find diverse talent
- Be metrics driven, continuously measuring results to best improve processes and maximize results
- Request and manage referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
