As a Sr Program Manager youwill use program management skills to oversee and manage customer relations anddevelopment programs. The Senior Program manager will beresponsible for full-cycle project implementation for key semi-conductorcustomers to include proposal ownership, customer satisfaction, scheduleadherence, working capital and safety performance management. Will work withmultiple stake holders and will be responsible for effectively managing all theswim lanes for a successful implementation of the program(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to travel (sometimes overseas) for 40-50% of the time
• Establish professional relationships and manage expectations with external customer(s), and internal stake holders to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure individual projects and/or phases in the program are correctly planned and managed during execution keeping in mind customer readiness and manufacturing capacity.
• Monitor, Control and report the financial and all key metrics of the project from inception to start of service program.
• Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (change orders). Ensure interactions with Contract Management and Project Financials is included where required.
• Apply applicable Honeywell QA, Finance, Safety and project management procedures.
• Support sales to ensure project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning.
