You will be a key memberof the Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) Commercial Leadershipteam. You will beresponsible for driving profitable organic growth for PMT through rigorousproduct development, launch, and management processes in partnership with PMTbusinesses. You will be responsible forleading/supporting all aspects of global offering management across PMTincluding enablement and training of offering management teams, New ProductIntroduction (NPI) and Offering Manager performance measurement and reporting, developmentof and execution against new product development processes, product master datamanagement, and product roadmap development support. 

You will be required to workextensively with cross-functional teams in the execution of duties including,but not limited to engineering, marketing, sales, general management and theoffering management organizations within the PMT businesses. This role brings excellence to the productpipeline, ensuring product gets to market as quickly as possible with a strongvalue proposition and drives strong commercial viability of the product. Youwill provide guidance and process leadership to business segment teams in thefield and have frequent contact with the PMT global leadership team andHoneywell commercial leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make product management a key differentiator for HON
• Work closely with businesses on discovery, development and deployment of new product pipeline
• Lead launch management processes across PMT priority launches
• Deploy standard product development and launch processes across PMT including, but not limited to, Z21, value proposition scoring, voice of customer, and other new product development processes.
• Drive NPI continuous improvement
• Drive product lifecycle management processes and support product approval processes
• 80 /20Re-imagine what Product Managers need to do and drive strong accountability and MOS
• Measure Product Manager performance and identify improvement opportunities across businesses, regions and individual managers
• Manage operational execution of Global Product Master Data Management and serve as a leader in Data Management and Governance within PMT
