We’re hiring a GlobalCompensation leader (Senior Director) for our Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) businesslocated in Atlanta, GA!

The successfulcandidate (you) will own global business unit compensation strategy andexecution for this global entity within Honeywell. Leveraging your compensationexpertise and significant corporate leadership experience (especially in amatrixed multinational), you’ll be a key member of the Global Compensation& Benefits (C&B) Center of Excellence (COE) and the HBT Human Resourcesleadership teams.

You’ll workclosely with and report to our VP of Global Compensation and Benefits, whilepartnering directly with HBT business leaders and HR both locally and acrossthe globe to provide functional expertise, creative C&B solutions, flexiblepay strategies, market intelligence and analytics for informed decision making,aligned with Honeywell’s growth strategy.

An expert atmanaging sometimes complex relationships in a heavily matrixed global corporateenvironment, you’ll be front and center for a variety of motivationalinitiatives around the world and will be a key driver in rewarding success inimpactful and times even innovative ways. You’ll have a strong eye for details,impeccable timing and communication skills, and an innovative and strategicmindset.
Keyresponsibilities:

  • Drive continuousimprovement to develop highly efficient compensation processes
  • Deliver C&Bsupport to foster a high-performance culture at Honeywell
  • Partner with ourbusiness leaders, teaching them about the tools which C&B enables them toengage, including making sure they fully understand our total reward structureincluding full compensation plans, policies, and initiatives
  • Design, administer,and communicate Honeywell’s compensation plans, benefit plans, and rewardprograms across the HBT business
  • Ensure theconsistent application of our pay philosophy, align market cost competitiveness,and drive the pay for performance culture
  • Build anddevelop the C&B functional capabilities
  • Partner andcollaborate with the HR and business teams empowering their success
  • Drive andsuccessfully implement high priority projects, annual compensation cycles, andcorporate initiated projects
  • Develop andexecute changes to improve efficiency and make our processes easier
  • Establish clear,specific, and time-bound plans to support business needs
  • Create andimplement C&B strategies related to business growth (M&A, new markets,special initiatives and stretch efforts)
  • Understandbusiness problems, determine the C&B implications, then create strategiesand plans to mobilize resources to get results
  • Equip businessleaders and HR with knowledge, skill and capability around core C&B plansand processes
