Key Responsibilities

This position provides opportunities for Engineering Leadership on an existing Air Force Improved Performance Turbine Engine (IPTE) - HTFng Program and future new Army, Air force & other Technology Demonstrator programs. Responsibility will be to establish expectations and consistent processes for design reviews, test planning and data reduction documentation as an IPTE Program Lead Systems Engineer w/ 2022 budget of $1.1M. In addition, it will be expected for timely completion of Program Final Reports. Also, the selected candidate will lead a Military Hybrid Electric Propulsion Conceptual Design, as a Program Manager, w/ 2022 Budget of $640k with a team of performance and product definition engineers to support 4 weapon system contractors in defining advanced military aircraft powered by novel hybrid electric propulsion architectures.
