***This position will be in Kansas City, MO***

Summary of Duties:

  • Manages overall solutions, implementation, delivery & administration of subsets of the staffing process (e.g., onboarding) & related processes and procedures
  • Manage multiple tasks & small-scale projects autonomously to improve processes and ensure a positive employee and new hire experience
  • Administers HR programs following established guidelines
  • Assists higher level specialists and generalists as necessary
  • Conducts research and gathers data to assist in the resolution of problems or questions regarding human resources programs, identifying and recommending programs or process improvements
  • Develops data and charts for statistical presentations
  • Keeps current on state and federal regulations affecting the administration of associate human resource programs
  • Provides technical and administrative guidance to lower-level roles regarding program and policy issues
