Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking Director ofProduction and Site Expansion for our Broomfield, CO or GoldenValley, MN locations. You will ensure the achievement of metrics(Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) as part of ACST’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production,business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Youwill leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in avariety of cross-functional areas including production, Sales, Inventory, andOperations Planning and control, total quality management, systems,manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, andprocess reengineering. In addition, you will be the leader accountable forexpansion, configuration, and setup of multiple production sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Engaging, motivating, and leading the ACST functional and production teams and supporting organizations to define and deliver value for Honeywell and customers
• Establishing strategic business plans and leadership for functional teams to execute against for production readiness, site expansion, and manufacturing operations
• Building a world-class manufacturing team with multi-site accountability
• Identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
• Coordinating and communicating production strategy efforts and products with key internal and external stakeholders
• Creating and leveraging industry partnerships for applicable materials and technologies
• Monitoring production efforts for on-time deliveries, while meeting quality objectives
• Leading a team of Site Leaders across the organization
